Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients:
1 C fruit (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 - 2 tbsp Agave nectar -or- Maple Syrup
Method:
I whirred everything in the food processor, a little, & kept in a sealed jar in the fridge - but not for long :) - it is delish!! By the way, I used blueberries - yum! (This jam does not, of course, have the shelf life of a preserve. Keep an eye on it. It should be good, in the fridge, for a week or so...)
